Mount Pleasant, S.C., February 11, 2025 – Illumis Global, a leading provider of accounts payable recovery audits, business intelligence solutions, and supply chain consulting, announced the retirement of its President and CEO, Tony Brush. Following a unanimous decision by the Illumis Board of Directors, Jason Lipari has been appointed as the company’s new President and CEO.
Tony Brush, who has been with Illumis Global for more than two decades, made the decision to retire after years of dedicated leadership that helped shape the company into a trusted partner for its clients. Throughout his career, Tony played a key role in steering Illumis Global through challenges, strengthening its reputation, and driving impactful results for clients. His commitment to innovation and excellence leaves a legacy that will continue to guide the company forward.
Jason Lipari steps into the role of President and CEO as a seasoned leader who has been with Illumis Global since 2004. Jason began his career as an auditor, gaining a deep understanding of accounts payable processes, before transitioning to sales. In this capacity, he successfully expanded the company’s client base, drove operational improvements, and strengthened relationships with key stakeholders. His expertise, client-centered approach, and innovative mindset make him an ideal leader to guide Illumis Global into the future.

Working for Illumis for 21 years, Brush has been instrumental in the growth of the company. Brush served as Vice President at Illumis before stepping into the role of President / CEO and has been involved in all aspects of the company’s business throughout his career.
